INDICATIONS
Cloxacillin sodium for injection, the indication is that this product is only suitable for the treatment of penicillinase-producing Staphylococcus infections, including sepsis, endocarditis, pneumonia, and skin and soft tissue infections. It can also be used for mixed infection caused by Streptococcus pyogenes or Pneumococcus and Penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus.
Adverse reactions
1. Allergic reactions: urticaria and other rashes are more common, leukopenia, interstitial nephritis, asthma attacks, etc. and serum sickness-type reactions can also occur, and severe cases such as anaphylactic shock are rare; once anaphylactic shock occurs , must be rescued on the spot, keep the airway unobstructed, oxygen inhalation and be given glucocorticoid and other treatment measures.
2. Intravenous injection of this product can even produce nausea, vomiting and elevated serum aminotransferase.
3. Large dose injection of this product can cause central nervous system toxicity such as convulsions.
