INDICATIONS
This product is indicated for the prevention or treatment of nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy, prevention and treatment of post-operative nausea and vomiting.
Adverse reactions
Human studies have shown that this product is well tolerated. As with other similar drugs, the only common adverse reactions are headache and constipation, but most are mild to moderate. Occasionally, allergic reactions have occurred, with some severe ones (e.g., anaphylaxis). Other allergic reactions include the appearance of a mild rash and a transient increase in hepatic transaminases in clinical trials, but still within normal limits.
