Adverse reactions
This product is generally well tolerated, and common adverse reactions are:
1. Such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, etc.
2. Occasionally allergic reactions, usually skin reactions (eg, rash, itching).
3. Rare platelet dysfunction, such as prolonged bleeding time, purpura or mucosal bleeding, is usually seen only in patients with severe renal impairment when using high doses of this product.
4. High-dose intravenous penicillin drugs may cause anxiety, muscle spasm, and convulsions due to the high concentration of drugs in the cerebrospinal fluid.
5. Rare thrombophlebitis or pain at the injection site.
