1. Common dosage for adults
(1) Hypertension, orally, 12.5 mg once, 2-3 times a day, increase to 50 mg within 1-2 weeks as needed, 2-3 times a day. Other antihypertensive drugs can be added if the effect is not satisfactory.
(2) For heart failure, start with 12.5 mg orally once, 2-3 times a day, and gradually increase to 50 mg if necessary, 2-3 times a day. If you need to increase the dose, you should observe the effect for 2 weeks and then consider; for patients who have recently taken a large amount of diuretics, are in low sodium/hypovolemia, and have normal or low blood pressure, the initial dose is 6.25 mg 3 times a day, and gradually pass the test later Increase to the usual amount.
2. Commonly used doses for children
To lower blood pressure or treat heart failure, according to body weight 0.3 mg/kg, 3 times a day, if necessary, increase 0.3 mg/kg every 8-24 hours to obtain the minimum effective dose.
