INDICATIONS
Puerarin for Injection, indicated for the adjunctive treatment of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, retinal arterial and venous obstruction, and sudden deafness.
Adverse reactions
1. Some patients had temporary gastrointestinal reactions such as abdominal distension and nausea at the beginning of medication, which disappeared spontaneously with continued medication;
2. A few patients may have rash, allergic asthma, anaphylactic shock, fever and other allergic reactions, and very few patients may have hemolytic reaction. Once the above adverse reactions occur, the drug should be stopped immediately and symptomatic treatment.
3. Occasional acute intravascular hemolysis: chills, fever, jaundice, lumbago, dark urine, etc.
