Adverse reactions
Although the stimulation of the gastrointestinal tract is relatively small, it can cause various adverse reactions as follows.
1 blood, can cause granulocyte deficiency, the incidence of about 1.1%, acute onset, serious risk of fatal, can also cause autoimmune hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenic purpura, aplastic anemia, etc.
2 skin, can cause urticaria, exudative erythema and other allergic manifestations, serious cases may occur exfoliative dermatitis, epidermolysis bullosa, etc.
3 Local reaction, the injection site may have redness, swelling and pain, which will subside only after several days; some patients show symptoms of toxemia, subcutaneous bleeding spots, or purple-black pus, which often takes several months to heal.
4 Allergic rash or drug fever, urticaria, severe cases may have exfoliative dermatitis, herpetic epidermolysis bullosa leading to death. Anaphylaxis may occur in individual cases, even leading to death.
5 Occasionally sweating profusely when injecting the drug, resulting in deficiency symptoms.
