Adverse reactions
Commonly associated with water and electrolyte disorders, especially in high doses or long-term application, such as postural hypotension, shock, hypokalemia, hypochlorhydria, hypochlorhydria, hypochlorhydria alkalosis, hyponatremia, hypocalcemia, and related thirst, weakness, muscle aches, and cardiac arrhythmias.
Rarely, there are allergic reactions (including rash, interstitial nephritis, and even cardiac arrest), blurred vision, xanthopsia, photosensitivity, dizziness, headache, poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, pancreatitis, muscle tonus, bone marrow suppression leading to granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenic purpura and aplastic anemia, hepatic impairment, abnormal finger (toe) sensation, hyperglycemia, positive urine glucose, exacerbation of pre-existing aggravation of diabetes mellitus, hyperuricemia. Tinnitus and hearing impairment are most often seen with high doses of rapid intravenous injection (doses greater than 4-15 mg per minute) and are mostly transient and rarely irreversible, especially when applied concomitantly with other ototoxic drugs. In hypercalcemia, it can cause kidney stones. This drug has also been reported to aggravate idiopathic edema.
