INDICATIONS
This product is suitable for respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, female genital tract infections, pelvic infections and abdominal infections caused by sensitive Staphylococcus spp, Streptococcus spp, Streptococcus pneumoniae and anaerobic bacteria, etc. The latter two types of diseases can be used alone or in combination with other antibacterial drugs according to the situation. If the patient is allergic to penicillin or should not use penicillin, this product can be used as an alternative drug.
Adverse reactions
1. gastrointestinal reactions: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms; in severe cases, abdominal cramps, abdominal pressure, severe diarrhea (watery or pus-blood-like), accompanied by fever, abnormal thirst and fatigue (pseudomembranous enteritis); diarrhea, enteritis and pseudomembranous enteritis can occur at the beginning of the drug, but also in the weeks after discontinuation of the drug
2. Hematologic system: Occasionally, leukopenia, neutropenia, neutrophil deficiency and thrombocytopenia may occur, but aplastic anemia is rare.
3. allergic reactions: rash, pruritus, occasional urticaria, angioneurotic edema and serum sickness reactions, etc., rare epidermal peeling, dermatitis herpetiformis, erythema multiforme and S-J syndrome have been reported. 4. jaundice caused by the application of this product has been reported occasionally.
5. Hypotension, electrocardiographic changes and even cardiac arrest may occur during rapid drip administration of this product.
6. Intravenous administration may cause thrombophlebitis
