Adverse reactions

2) Acute renal insufficiency (0.5%), interstitial nephritis (frequency unknown): Because acute renal insufficiency, interstitial nephritis and other important renal damage may occur, it is necessary to conduct regular inspections. It is better to stop the administration. If it is necessary to continue the medication, the dose should be reduced and administered with caution.
3) Various cytopenias (less than 0.1%), agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia (unknown frequency): due to aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis, and thrombocytopenia, stop if abnormality is found Administer and take appropriate measures.
