INDICATIONS
Indications are ischaemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, coronary artery disease, etc.) and hyperlipidaemia.
Adverse reactions
1. Adverse reactions in the circulatory system: mainly manifested as palpitations, angina pectoris, hypotension and abnormal electrocardiogram.
2. Adverse reactions of the haematological system: leucopenia, reduced platelets, bleeding from the gums, uterus or submembranes, and also cerebral haemorrhage and upper gastrointestinal bleeding with shock have been reported.
3. Adverse reactions of the digestive system: mainly dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, constipation and poor appetite; sometimes liver abnormalities, such as increased TTT or increased ALT.
