INDICATIONS

Adverse reactions
1. This product has significant nephrotoxicity, manifested as increased creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, decreased creatinine clearance, proteinuria, cast urine, etc. Renal function and urine routine should be monitored during medication.
2. There is damage to the 8th cranial nerve. Generally, vestibular function damage occurs when the drug is used to 2 to 4 months, while auditory damage is less.
3. There is a certain neuromuscular blocking effect.
4. Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, redness and swelling of the skin.
